To set WPC under thermal roller(which is been heating-up and been pressing ), the pattern of hot stamping foil, including wood grain, marble, and other etc., will be transfered on the surface of WPC. The whole WPC material shows wood grain, marble and other grain. 

Method of Use: When plastic material is been coming out from Extrusion Equipment, the WPC is put into the transfer machine directly. To apply high heat and pressure onto roller, then the WPC material is driven by traction of thermal machine and fast move of WPC. The pattern of hot stamping foil, including wood grain, marble, and others will be transferred on the surface of WPC material.
